Al Omaraa seals partnership with LB

LB has consolidated its relationship with Egyptian ceramic company Al Omaraa - La Beauté, by signing an agreement for the supply of a powder adhesive production system.

Al Omaraa, which until now has concentrated on producing single-fired and red-body double-fired materials, has recently launched a new porcelain tile line at its Majestic plant in 10th of Ramadam, and, in order to provide a full service including installation materials, has decided to launch production of a powder adhesive specifically designed for this kind of product.

The LB system, set to begin production in the spring of 2014, will be able to produce two hundred 25 kg sacks of finished product per hour. It has been configured to incorporate a second line for mixing and packaging, which would double the production output expected in the first phase.

The Al Omaraa Group is the first Egyptian ceramic tile manufacturer to begin supplying accessories to the finished product.
