Batimatec 2010 will start at Algeri
Batimatec 2010, one of the most important exhibitions for the building, construction and interior finishings sector in North Africa, will be held in Algiers from 3 to 7 May.
Organised by ITE Group PLC and promoted by the Algerian Urban Planning Ministry, the show saw a 26% increase in the number of exhibitors in 2009 over the previous year to reach 680 exhibitors (including 282 foreign firms) in an exhibition space of 25,000 square metres. The show will host various product sections: materials, machinery and products for building, construction and interior architecture; materials, furnishings and components for kitchen and bathroom furnishing; marble, granite, ceramic tiles and production/processing technologies; floor and wall tiles and production technologies; doors and windows; lighting, paint and interior decorations; air conditioning and heating.
Exhibitors from Austria, Belgium, the UK, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and UAE have already booked space.
