Cefla at Ecomondo - Key Energy 2021
From 26 to 29 October, Cefla BU Engineering will exhibit at Ecomondo in Rimini, Italy, the main European event dedicated to the ecological transition and circular economy
Cefla will once again exhibit at Ecomondo – Key Energy, the main European event dedicated to the ecological transition and the new models of circular and regenerative economy, that will take place in Rimini from 26 to 29 October. This is an important return, after the shut down in 2020 due to COVID-19, that will allow the Imola-based company to confirm its active role in an era of great changes in the Energy business world.
“Despite 2020 has been a difficult year, even tragic for many businesses, our balance sheet maintained a strong performance”, said Massimo Milani, Managing Director Cefla Engineering. “This is a great source of pride for us and a drive to do better and achieve more and more. Additionally, takeing part of the Ecomondo Expo gives us the possibility to present many important topics and news, one above all, the acquisition of the German company Plant Engineering GmbH, which is specialized in the engineering and design of cogeneration and biomass plants”.
Through its Engineering Business Unit, Cefla has been working for almost 90 years to design, build, and manage technological systems in the industrial, construction and energy sectors. The Engineering BU has also been involved in the energy industry for almost 40 years designing, building and managing cogeneration and trigeneration, heat recycling and gas flow scrubbing plants, as well as the large district heating plants. Beyond offering their expertise in the cogeneration field, the Engineering Business Unit also works closely with the customer during the full energy set up process (especially with new factories). In this case, Cefla can provide: design of the energy system, system engineering, construction and maintenance of the entire plant.
The organizational structure of the Engineering BU provides an integrated service that includes: Feasibility study; Basic design, engineering and technological design; Plant construction and maintenance.
Last but not least, the innovative Global Service Business Line, focused on outsourced operations, maintenance, and facility management of industrial and high-tech production systems, infrastructures and building of historic and artistic importance.
