Ceramic Instruments celebrates its 40th anniversary
The celebrations for the 40th anniversary of Ceramic Instruments, the company founded in 1977 by Primo Ferrari, were held at the end of June at the Sporting Club in Sassuolo.
The success of Ceramic Instruments is underscored by the many thousands of ceramic companies the world over that have used its laboratory instruments over the last 40 years in their everyday research and testing activities on raw materials and finished products. The range of equipment has evolved over the years in parallel with the major changes in tile production - from double to single firing and then porcelain tiles and today’s large-size tiles and panels - and in the definition of new product standards and classifications.
But it is not only the quality of its instruments that has made the small Sassuolo-based company a point of reference for the sector. As Ceramic Instruments’ managers point out, additional factors include the ongoing dialogue with laboratory technicians and the training provided to hundreds of them all over the world; the ability to rapidly resolve frequently-occurring problems and constant collaboration with the top testing and research laboratories and with professional and technical schools in the Sassuolo area; and a market approach based on the values of fairness, professionalism, ethical conduct and respect for commitments undertaken.
In thanking customers, suppliers and employees for making this success possible, chairwoman Bruna Pezzali and partners Riccardo Prini, Roberto Botti and Alberto Stefani confirmed their intention to continue to support the ceramic industry for many years to come.
