Ceramics China 2007

23/05/07 - Ceramics China, the most important Asian exhibition of technologies and raw materials for the ceramic industry that has been held since 1986, will be back this year from 30 May to 2 June in Guangzhou.

Organised by CCPIT Building Materials Sub-Council and CCIA China Ceramic Industry Association with the support of China Building Materials Industry Association and China Light Industry Confederation, Ceramics China 2007 is hosted in a space of more than 50,000 sq.m the Guangzhou Chinese Export Commodity Fairground (halls 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D and 1E). Some 500 companies are taking part in the event.

Like every year, the Italian plant and machinery manufacturers' association ACIMAC is organising a large delegation of Italian companies in cooperation with the Italian Trade Commission ICE.
The Italian pavilion covers an area of 1,300 sq.m and hosts world leading companies such as the Siti - B&T Group, System, Sacmi, Welko, Assoprint, TSC, CMF, BMR, Colorobbia, Simec, Gabtec, Tecno Italia, Air Power e NBP.

Alongside Colorobbia, other chemicals, colour and raw materials multinationals taking part include Imerys, Torrecid, Zschimmer & Schwarz and Heraeus, which already operate in China through their own branches.

After last year's absence due to the clash with Ceramitec in Munich, the German companies are back this year in China, likewise organised in a national pavilion.
These include AKW, Ceric Thermic Wistra, Dorst, Eirich, Keller HCW, Linseis, Kromschroder, Saint-Gobain Industrie Keramik Rodental and Reckli-Chemiewerkstoff.
British and Japanese companies are also present with their own stands.
The leading Chinese companies are naturally taking part, including Keda, Kexinda and the glaze and colour producers WanXing, NGY Colour, Dayu Glaze and Z&D Glaze.

The organisers are expecting an attendance of more than 40,000 industry professionals.

This year Ceramics China will also be hosting a series of meetings and conferences as part of the seminar entitled Resource, Environment Protection, Creativity and Efficiency, four increasingly topical issues for the ceramic industry in China.
Experts, professionals and individual companies will share opinions, answer questions and present the most advanced technologies available.

Concerning the editorial field, Ceramic World Review - Chinese edition, will be present at the fair. The magazine will be available for free distribution at Hall 1B; Booth G31 ICE/ACIMAC

Next Ceramic World Review's publication will include a focus regarding the export towards the chinese market
