Ceramics of Italy in the spotlight at MosBuild


The Italian ceramic industry has arrived in Moscow for Mosbuild, Russia's most important international exhibition for the building, surface covering and interior furnishings sectors, of which the Cersanex section begins today, 16 April.

Almost 50 Italian ceramic companies will be taking part under the collective banner of Ceramics of Italy, more than half of whom will be concentrated in halls 8.1 and 8.2 (Cersanex section) around the 100 square metre collective stand: ABK, Alfa Lux, Ariana, Atlas Concorde, Brennero, Casa Dolce Casa, Casalgrande Padana, Casamood, Ceramica Alta, Ceramiche Caesar, Ceramiche Coem, Ceramiche Keope, Ceramiche Ricchetti, Ceramica Sant'Agostino, Ceramiche Tiffany, Caramica Vallelunga, Cerdisa, Cerim, Cisa Ceramiche, Del Conca, Emilceramica, Ergon, Fap Ceramiche, Flaviker Pisa, Florim, Floor Gres, Gardenia Orchidea, Italon, Kale Italia, Kerama Marazzi, Lord Ceramica, Love Ceramic Tiles, Litokol, Novabell, Pastorelli, Rex, Roberto Cavalli Home Luxury Tiles, Saime San Prospero, Savoia Italia, Serenissima, Settecento Mosaici e ceramiche d'arte, Tagina and Zeus.

 

As always, one of the highlights of the show will be the 6th Confindustria Ceramica Russian Distributor Award, assigned to a Russian distributor that has excelled in the activity of promoting Italian ceramics. The judges' criteria include loyalty to Italian products, expertise, professionalism and solvency, fair business practices and turnover. This year's award will be collected by Mr. Ismail Akhmetov from the Moscow-based distributor Bars - Keramitcheskij Granit in the award ceremony held at the stand at 4.30 p.m. on 17 April.

The programme also features a series of meetings organised by Confindustria Ceramica with a select group of architecture practices and prominent figures from the world of real estate, who have been invited to the show specially to meet Italian business leaders. The initiative is organised in cooperation with a number of Russian design and architecture magazines, who will provide adequate editorial support for the Italian companies, and prefigures the Cersaie Business 2013 project promoting networking between Italian companies and international key players.
