Cersaie 2009 almost fully booked

Some 4 months before the start of the 27th Cersaie, the international ceramic tile and bathroom furnishing exhibition is almost fully sold out with 98% of the exhibit space booked.

This popularity is largely due to the show’s enormous international appeal. According to the latest figures from 15 May 2009, the 176,000 square metres of available exhibition space will be hosting a total of 909 exhibitors from 30 countries, operating in 5 different product sectors. A total of 451 ceramic tile companies have already booked space, including 293 Italian and 158 international firms. The bathroom furnishing sector can likewise boast significant figures with 364 exhibitors (344 Italian and 20 international firms).

The exhibition space has been divided up between the various product sectors as follows: 57.15% for the tile sector, 35.22% for the bathroom furnishing sector, 1.85% for the ceramic colour sector and the remaining 5.56% for producers of adhesives and installation materials, present in the external areas.
