Coloritalia and Wanxing Italia implement new corporate structure

The two companies Coloritalia and Wanxing Italia owned by the Wanxing group have been merged to form Wanxing Coloritalia S.r.l. The new company will be based at a new site in Via Monte Bianco 81, Fiorano (province of Modena, Italy), to which a new industrial building has been annexed. A new R&D laboratory equipped with the latest instrumentation will be used to develop new technologies, with a special focus on digital systems and their future applications in the ceramic and allied sectors. The Ceramic Laboratory will also expand its area of expertise, combining its core activities of research and quality control in the field of colorants with the development of new ranges for third firing. Following the merger, the company has also redesigned its website www.coloritalia.it.

The Wanxing group has thus consolidated its leadership in the manufacture of encapsulated cadmium-selenium pigments while continuing its research and development efforts in the field of decoration colours and special dyes, an area in which Coloritalia has twenty years of experience.

The forthcoming Cersaie will be an opportunity for Wanxing Coloritalia to celebrate the recent merger alongside its customers and to outline its new corporate goals. It will be exhibiting in Hall 34 Stand A35.
