Das Tech Solutions to showcase infrared drying at TECNA 2026

Founded in 2013 by Vicente Alcácer, the company has always stood out for its commitment to technological innovation and sustainability.

Following its debut in 2024, Das Tech Solutions will be back at TECNA 2026 (Rimini, 22-25 September) to present some of its latest solutions for the drying, digital decoration and finishing of ceramic materials.

In a newly expanded exhibition space, the Castellón-based Spanish company will focus in particular on the upgrades made to its 100% electric IR2200 infrared dryer, designed for ultra-rapid drying of glazes, effects and digital materials before they enter the firing kiln. Launched just two years ago as an upgrade from previous models, this technology aims to resolve critical issues on modern production lines for large slabs and structured surfaces, where reliefs are created by applying glazes and digital effects in application weights of up to 1,000 g/m2.

The advantages of this solution are confirmed by the results achieved by around twenty machines already adopted by leading Spanish manufacturers, including Porcelanosa, Inalco, Levantina Techlam, LivingCeramics, Argenta, Peronda, Neolith, Etex Baltic and Venux Slabs.

The IR2200 can dry large quantities of digital glaze and wet grit in a matter of seconds (from 3 to 20), while at the same time improving the mechanical strength of the ceramic body. With a length of less than one metre, it occupies very little space and generates zero emissions. The internationally patented IR2200 drying system uses infrared and ultraviolet radiation combined with a power control system that is unique on the market. This allows for precise regulation of both power and temperature, thereby boosting process efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
