Decoration and glazing specialist company Sertile launched

Sertile, a company specialising in the field of decoration and glazing, was set up on 1 October 2011 in Fiorano Modenese, Italy by a group of professionals with proven experience in the sector.
Sertile operates in both the traditional and inkjet decoration sectors. In particular it has developed the JOY inkjet printer, a highly versatile machine that performs high-resolution printing (up to 1440 dpi) directly onto glass, wood, marble laminate and third fire tiles without the need to apply a primer or adhesion promoter of any kind.
Joy is the ideal solution for obtaining bright colours and decorating different substrates with an excellent colour gamut and thicknesses of up to 250 mm. Available in desktop and belt versions, the machine comes in various sizes with a print area of up to 2500 mm x 4200 mm. It adopts the new Gold Plated printhead which can handle droplets with up to seven different dimensions according to the type of printing.
Joy can be configured with an 8-colour print process (including white and satin), while smart pass control guarantees a smooth, harmonious shade transition, completely eliminating the unsightly bleeding effect.
For traditional processes, Sertile offers original and complementary parts from the best known brands, along with flat decorating machines, third firing lines, accessories and glazing lines, and used, reconditioned and guaranteed machines.
