Eco Coppo: the eco-friendly line from Cotto San Michele
Cotto San Michele (Mondavio, Pesaro Urbino) is presenting Eco Coppo, a line of eco-friendly tiles produced without the use of chemical elements during processing and firing to guarantee an extremely low environmental impact.
The material is produced using the purest clay originating from pollutant-free quarries directly controlled by the company. Given its purity, Eco Coppo remains unchanged over time and can be reused or disposed of in a natural and non-polluting manner. Due to its constituent clay, once the colour has stabilised through a natural process of oxidation of the iron components, it remains constant over time, allowing for problem-free roof renovation, remodelling or extension.
Due to its greater thickness and broader shape than other products on the market, Eco Coppo is easier to install and ensures greater stability in windy regions. It has higher than standard physical characteristics (mechanical strength and frost resistance) and the tiles are systematically tested by dedicated laboratories. Eco Coppo is also the ideal solution for building ventilated roofs as its fixing capabilities and the wide radius of curvature guarantee uniform ventilation, extending the lifetime of the roof and increasing the healthiness of the house.
