Global Inkjet Systems doubles its production facilities

Following 10 years of strong growth in the inkjet printer components sector, Cambridge, UK-based company Global Inkjet Systems (GIS) has doubled its production facilities and relocated to Edinburgh House in St John’s Innovation Park in Cambridge where it has larger spaces and capacity for further expansion.

GIS production includes the assembly, quality control, tracking and logistics teams handling datapath electronics and ink system components.

The aim of the investment is to optimise customer service, ensure timely delivery of products and pursue innovation so as to anticipate future needs.

Relocation has already begun and is expected to be completed by the summer.
