The intelligent system from Poppi Clementino

"Intelligente", the new energy recovery system from Poppi Clementino, was recently installed at the factories of Ceramica Piemme and Ceramica Ascot. This innovative type of plant uses the enthalpy contained in the waste energy exiting from the kiln to achieve a considerable saving in fuel consumption of intense energy-consuming machines such as spray dryers and dryers without affecting machine settings or their management within the production cycle. These plants, termed "Intelligenti" due to their numerous advantages and fully automatic operation, are able to cutting operating costs by around 20-25%.

The two new installations join a long list of credits including names such as ABK Sir, Gold Art, Rondine Group and many other international ceramic groups. Poppi Clementino will be taking part in Tecnargilla (Hall C3, Stand 054) to showcase its latest innovations in the field of energy recovery systems, which are becoming an increasingly important part of production cycles.
