Inter Ser increases capitalisation

In December 2011, Inter Ser, a Vercelli based company set up in 1996 and specialising in the supply of parts and sale of ceramic machinery, doubled its share capital from 250,000 euro to 500,000 euro 2011. The operation was carried through using allocated profits and has made the company even more solid and reliable. Inter Ser has also performed very strongly in 2011 in terms of turnover, reaching a record figure of almost 12 million euro, around 30% up on 2010. In recognition of its significant growth, Inter Ser was selected as one of the cases of excellence of the Piedmont region and as a model company by the prestigious Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.
The company now generates its turnover exclusively from exports to more than 20 countries, 99% outside the European Union.
Inter Ser’s future projects include opening a branch in Brazil, developing existing markets, expanding into new markets and seeking new partners in the pursuit of innovation and the production of new machinery. Inter Ser sees innovation as a crucial factor: each year its catalogue features between 10% and 15% new technologies and at least 50% of the products available in 2011 have been introduced since 2005.
Further key strengths include professionalism and reliability and the fact that the company has always focused on original Italian-made high-end products and spare parts. Thanks to these characteristics, Inter Ser can count 20 of the largest 25 ceramic companies in the world amongst its customers.
