Inter Ser to unveil new image and new technology offerings at Tecnargilla 2018
After posting record turnover in 2017 and collaborating with 22 of the world’s top 25 tile producers, at Tecnargilla this year Inter Ser is unveiling its latest technological innovations and launching a new coordinated communication campaign under the slogan “Inter Ser ready for your business like no other”.
The campaign will focus on the company’s role of problem-solver and its ability to provide outstanding customer support in terms of spare parts and cutting-edge technological solutions for optimised production processes. The stand design will reflect the new communication strategy and will be coordinated with the advertising campaign, the new catalogue and the restyled website so as to offer visitors an original interactive experience.
One of the solutions on display is Inkfiller, an automatic system for filling ink tanks on digital printers that is gaining in popularity thanks to an average payback time of just one year. A fully automated solution that saves time and improves finished product quality, Inkfiller eliminates the need for ink tanks while resolving a range of issues including sedimentation and human error.
The company will also be presenting Intellytile, an innovative machine that uses high-resolution self-learning linear cameras and is capable of detecting defects such as drips, stains, lumps, dimples, bands, lines, breakages, scratches, chipping and size and tone irregularities. The system performs precise control immediately after digital printing and allows for real-time classification of unfired tiles.
Last but not least, Inter Ser is presenting its latest version of the Eneagreen radiant cooler for press oil, a solution designed to further improve performance and low-noise operation with energy savings of more than 30% compared to other coolers of the same category.
The company, which has a logistics centre in Sassuolo, will also be exhibiting a wide range of original spare parts and a number of specially-designed components for increasing efficiency and durability, including the ever-popular special red belts for sorting lines.
