LB supplies another Migratech line to Ceramica Lima

The Lima, Peru-based ceramic manufacturer Ceramica Lima (Celima), a major player in the South American ceramic floor and wall tile market, has chosen to make another investment to upgrade its production plants. For this purpose, it has once again opted for the quality of Italian technology, renewing its decade of trust in LB Officine Meccaniche.

In particular, it has chosen a dry body preparation line from LB, an innovative technology that eliminates water consumption. This results in high product quality, high productivity and major energy savings while reducing environmental impact. The order consists of a Migratech microgranulation line made up of an MRV200 vertical roller mill, a GRC 900 granulator-mixer and an EVF 30 fluid bed dryer. Press feeding is performed by two DRY-FEED 175 control systems.
