New SITI-B&T Group firing and storage line in Peru

The Peruvian ceramic manufacturer Ceramica S. Lorenzo has purchased a new firing and storage line from SITI-B&T Group. The new production line, to be used for the production of red body single-fired floor tiles with a monthly output of 800,000 square metres, includes two double-channel roller kilns with an entrance width of 2650 mm and length of 91 m. The package also includes storage and handling plant equipped with laser guided vehicles.

The line is due to start operation by March 2012.
