Niro Ceramic has chosen SITI B&T Group

The prestigious Niro Ceramic Group, with production facilities located both in Europe and on the Asian continent, has chosen SITI B&T Group to foster innovation and product quality at their sites in Jakarta, Indonesia and Pasir Gudang Johor in Malaysia.
 
A new high productivity complete line will be installed at the Jakarta facility; this line will be dedicated to producing glazed porcelain tiles with a production capacity of 10,500 square metres per day.
 
The order includes the installation of three 4608/1900 EVO presses with loading car, a 250.86 metre single-channel roller kiln, a four-layer dryer and a drying tunnel. It also includes a laser-driven vehicle handling system as well as storage units to serve the process machines.
 
A new pressing line with a daily production capacity of 8,000 square metres per day, will be installed at the Pasir Gudang Johor facility. A 4608/190 EVO hydraulic press and a five-layer dryer will be set up at the facility, with a view to modernising the existing porcelain tile facility. 
Thanks to their monolithic frame, EVO presses guarantee uniform distribution of shaping pressures. The Syncro system controls the flatness and rapid format changes, and the pressure generator with flywheel significantly reduces electricity costs.EVO presses are reliable and easy to maintain, thus guaranteeing a higher production capacity, less time-wasting and reduced spare parts costs. The new generation of Class A SITI B&T kilns is equipped with an efficient system to reduce fuel consumption and assures lower CO and CO2 emissions.The constant internal temperature guarantees uniform firing while respecting the environment.
