Nuova Era in Brazil

A large plant from Nuova Era (System Group) was recently put into operation at the facility of Incesa Group, Brazil, a longstanding ceramic company specialising in interior and exterior floor and wall tiles.

Built with cutting-edge technology, the line serves to feed one of the highest output kilns in the world (32,000 sq.m/day of tiles in a 450x450 mm size) and consists of storage units with large buffers and kiln infeed with row compensator.

The extremely simple and functional solution proposed by Nuova Era is able to store up to 1,000 square metres of tiles, thereby optimising kiln feeding and guaranteeing efficiency and continuity of production.

The variable capacity of the systems ensures that the kiln is fed with previously stored tiles arranged in layers.
