Resin mould n° 5,000 delivered

On one side, Sacmi, the leading producer of high pressure sanitaryware casting moulds. On the other, Betta, a company belonging to the Ceramic Industries Group, a pioneer of this technology and Sacmi's customer for a good 15 years.

It was against this backdrop, then, that Sacmi recently delivered mould number 5,000 to this South African company, providing a dual opportunity to celebrate both its own leadership in the field and, at the same time, the lasting partnership with a company like Betta, which for years has been producing sanitaryware using only high pressure casting machines with resin moulds; the company, in fact, doesn't have a single plaster mould.

This winning strategy has allowed Betta to expand considerably, giving it an enormous 50% share of the domestic sanitaryware market. With the addition of this latest mould Sacmi has, to date, supplied Betta with a total of 375 moulds, the customer being fully satisfied with their quality, performance and number of cycles.
