Robatech acquires Turkish company Ikiler Ticaret S.A.

The Swiss multinational Robatech has acquired the entire share capital of Ikiler Ticaret, Izmit, Turkey. The agreement, signed on 16 August this year, involves the acquisition of 100% of the Turkish company's shares and demonstrates Robatech's interest in both the Turkish and Iranian markets. The company name Ikiler has been changed to Robatech Tutkal Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret As. The management under the leadership of Yunus Özden remains unchanged, with Hakan Tanriöven in charge of sales and Muharem Hundur at the head of the technical department. All 21 employees will stay on at the company.

The operation will enable the Swiss group, which now has 14 daughter companies and 32 agencies worldwide, to establish a local branch responsible for sales and providing rapid and competent customer service.
