Sacmi supplies third press to Chinese business unit of Tata Refractories

Tata Refractories, the largest refractory producer in India and one of the leading industry players in the world, has commissioned its supplier Sacmi to install a third press for refractories in its Chinese business unit.

Given the need for high-quality products and an optimised production process, Tata once again chose a Sacmi model PHR1600 proportional hydraulic press equipped with the most modern self-control, cycle and self-diagnostics devices capable of guaranteeing total reliability in terms of precision and continuity of operation.

Sacmi has also intensified its local after-sales service for the refractories industry through the presence of specialist technicians and has installed a total of eleven presses in the various Tata Refractories facilities.
