Setec supplies technology to Turkish firm ECE Banyo

Setec, an Italian company (Civita Castellana, VT) specialising in technologies for ceramic sanitaryware production, recently supplied a S6/5 type robotic glazing line to ECE Banyo, a renowned Turkish sanitaryware producer and distributor for Ideal Standard in Turkey. The line has a 5-arm carousel and combines highly effective operation with flexibility, delivering a throughput of more than 1,000 pieces a day with a variable product mix.

Along with the glazing line, Setec also supplied ECE with a BSO50 casting and automatic demoulding machine for large items. This plant will guarantee the production of 50 special large articles per shift with the use of a single person in the production cycle.
