Siti B&T kilns in Egypt

An important achievement has been reached by Siti B&T in Egypt. Al Omaraa, among the largest ceramic companies in the Egyptian market, gave confidence to the Italian Group for the realization of a new plant in Suez dedicated to the production of glazed porcelain stoneware with very high quality standards.

Siti B&T studied the arrangement of the thermal machines in order to optimize the space and suggested the best technical solutions for the supply of 4 firing lines. The roller kilns, entirely made in Italy, will be equipped with cutting-edge technology developed by Siti B&T that improves the energy efficiency of the production process, guaranteeing a high-quality ceramic product.

The rise in energy costs has made the need to improve the efficiency of systems and Siti B&T has made considerable progress in this area in recent years. Al Omaraa will be able to improve production efficiency, optimise energy savings and significantly reduce emissions of CO and CO₂ into the atmosphere.
