Smart Factory SITI B&T Group at Ceramics China
SITI B&T Group, a worldwide leading producer of complete plants for the tile and sanitaryware manufacturing industry, during Ceramics China 2013 will disclose the new enlargement project related to its Chinese branch and will present its groundbreaking Smart Factory project, alongside its renowned Chinese subsidiary "B&T Foshan", to the largest ceramic manufacturing audience in the world. The project entails cutting-edge solutions for manufacturers who aim to improve their productive efficiency, to save in energy and to boost their competiveness.
From the 29th of May to the 1st of June this year, the SITI B&T Group will be delighted to meet its customers at the exhibition at stand F202 - Hall 6.1, where Italian producers will be gathered and organised by ACIMAC (Italian Association of Machine Manufacturers) and by ICE (Italian Trade Commission).
The group is greatly aware of energy saving topics in view of the ever-demanding requests of the market for a solution that ensures considerable cuts in fuel consumptions. The roller kilns and the dryers of the latest generation of SITI B&T offer enviable results in terms of quality, productivity and energy efficiency, thanks to the implementation of heat recycling systems that make the thermal machines of SITI B&T the "Best in Class" in Energy efficiency.
Regarding digital decoration, the innovative and reliable technologies of the EVO range optimise the production process and print at a rate of 60m/min, also managing shades and colours with utmost simplicity: EVOLVE, the modern "mobile store" that manages the colour bars EVOSTORE and Multiprofiler, the revolutionary colour management technology. The latest digital decorating machine for large tiles, EVO Plus XXL, will also be showcased at the stand.
SITI-B&T Group and Projecta Engineering will be attending a convention on digital decoration, scheduled on the 29th May (14:00 pm to 17.00 pm), at the Guangzhou Pazhou Complex Hall, Conference Room, where a debate entitled "Digital Glazing" will be held.
For the sanitaryware industry B&T WHITE will be presenting its innovative solutions for sanitaryware manufacturers: RAG, the robotic glazing station; CUBIC, the HP press and CIRCLE, the double HP press with two-part moulds for washbasins, columns and sinks.
