Special mention for TCK at the 7th edition of Premio Impresa Ambiente

The jury of the 7th edition of Premio Impresa Ambiente (the Italian award for sustainable firms) awarded TCK a special mention in the category "Best process/technology for sustainable development" for the project "Combustion system for reducing consumption and CO₂ emissions in tile production kilns".

For the company from Maranello (Modena), specialised in the production of kilns and dryers for the ceramic tile industry, this is an important recognition and further proof of the effectiveness of its combustion system, which can significantly reduce gas consumption and CO and CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere.

The prize-giving ceremony was held in Rome on 16 April 2014 and was attended by the Minister for the Environment, Gian Luca Galletti. The chairman of TCK, Gian Pietro Cuoghi, received the award. The Premio Impresa Ambiente is supported by the Ministry for the Environment and promoted by Asset Camera, a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, in conjunction with Unioncamere.
