System Ceramics for Emilceramica

System Ceramics has successfully started up a new large-format tile sorting system on the premises of Emilceramica. The system consists of Easy Line BS 08, Falcon and the 4Phases packaging system (complete with on-demand graphics printing), the main characteristic of which is real-time packaging of boxes that adapt to the product starting out from a flat neutral cardboard sheet.

This solution offers numerous advantages: a considerable saving in packaging costs, an increase in productivity (thanks to the rapid size changeover), a wider range of sizes that can be packaged, and the immediate reduction in the size of the carton warehouse and the possibility of choosing and packaging special sizes such as rectangular listels and large sizes. 

In particular, Emilceramica has been able to make significant cost savings on consumables and enjoys the benefits of an extremely flexible sorting system capable of selecting and packaging product sizes ranging from 145x1200 mm to 1200x1200 mm (including submultiples).
