System supplies digital decoration technology to Indonesia
The important Indonesian ceramic producer IKKJ, a Kemenangan group member company set up in 1990 in Jakarta, recently installed System’s new Rotodigit digital decoration technology. The purpose of this investment was to upgrade the company’s decoration lines which had been operating with Rotocolor technology for several years. Rotodigit, a system that easily integrates with the Rotocolor decoration lines by replacing the installed rollers, can be used to decorate any ceramic surface – including textures and edges – with excellent results in terms of reproducing natural stone, marble and granite and in decorating over relief and textured surfaces or in a double pressing process.
The new System digital technology is the first of its kind to be installed in Indonesia and drew the interest of the Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono during his visit to the ceramic company IKKJ.
