TG MAC glazing systems for Marazzi USA

Marazzi Group has agreed a contract for the supply of 5 of the latest-generation glazing lines, complete with accessories and electrical system, consolidating the now historic partnership with TG MAC Glazing Systems.

The lines, which will be installed at the American company Marazzi Tile in SunnyVale, Dallas, use the best mobile airless systems to apply glazes and engobes. They also have a state of the art electrical system that controls all the line applications, connections and consumption levels.

Other vital parts of the system include the information screens, cameras and production control sensors, which help operators to rapidly re-set the applications in the event of alerts or stoppages, and also offer energy-saving benefits.

These characteristics, combined with the careful construction and high quality materials, reduce the maintenance requirement by as much as 80% (compared to transport lines built from cheaper materials). They also guarantee high productivity, flexibility and a quality product.
