Villeroy & Boch choose TG Mac glazing

Villeroy & Boch, the historic German ceramic manufacturer, will install two new glazing lines for large-format tiles supplied by TG Mac (Fiorano, Modena) at its plant in Merzig.

The lines are complete with accessories and electrical system, and use the best application technology: the new Mobile Airless 2.0 system with Masterjet 250S pumps ensures perfect spreadability of high-density glazes, engobes, crystallines and grits. In addition, the electrical system will be equipped with energy saving system and supervision program.

The collaboration between the Italian company and Villeroy & Boch has been ongoing for 6 years now, and during this time TG Mac has supplied the German producer with 5 complete glazing plants and numerous accessories.

The entire TG Mac tile glazing machine and equipment range will be on show at the next Tecnargilla in Rimini (22-26 September) in hall D3, stand 035.
