Winners of the Best Showroom Award 2011

Cersaie 2011 hosted the award ceremony for the Best Showroom Award 2011, the competition organised by the magazine Il Bagno Oggi & Domani with the support of Confindustria Ceramica and presented to the most successful showrooms in the bathroom furnishing sector. The competition was open to all Italy-based multi-branded showrooms and featured the categories “Display expertise”, “Promotion and marketing”, and “On-line presence”. Showrooms outside Italy that distribute Italian brand bathroom furniture and ceramic products were nominated in the special category entitled “Distribution of Italian products abroad”.

For Europe, the Best Showroom 2011, “Distribution of Italian products abroad” category was won by to Lambrechts NV of Genk, Belgium, for its original and innovative concept, the use of holistic architecture and attention to the environment.

For non-European countries, the winner of the Best Showroom 2011 award, “Distribution of Italian products abroad” category was FCML Projects of Sultanpur, New Delhi for its intimate and elegant atmosphere, its exotic appeal and its ability to show off Italian products to the full.
For the “Marketing and promotion” category of Best Showroom 2011, the award went to Centro edile Quartarella of Altamura, Bari, for its complex and well-constructed marketing plan, its interesting graphic restyling and the creation of emotional events and a Privilege Card.
Centro edile Quartarella also won the Best Showroom 2011, “On-line presence” category for its outstandingly user-friendly website with up-to-date contents and an optimised search engine.

In the “Display and layout design expertise” category, two companies were selected for Best Showroom 2011. One was Florence-based firm Giulio Tannini, chosen for its study of the relationship between internal and external spaces, its ability to offer visitors an emotional experience and its innovative and original product presentation. The other was Brodbeck Concept Store of Catania for its contemporary bathroom concept integrated with the living room or bedroom, for its enormous variety of products and for its unusual spaces devoted to products and to welcoming customers.
