CMF.XLT: CMF solutions for large format tiles

CMF.XLT, the new CMF Technology brand specialising in plant solutions for large-size tiles, offers a wide range of solutions for the production, handling and finishing of large-size tiles and panels.

Following the introduction of new shaping lines capable of producing tiles and panels of various thicknesses (from 3 to 30 mm), CMF Technology has re-engineered its entire automation range.

Alongside its well-established T-BOX and T-FLAT solutions for storing ceramic tiles and panels before and after firing, the company’s special tile handling applications have also been very well received, including the Rotox rototranslating roller conveyor and the Magic Table 90° rotation device. Both systems guarantee completely safe tile handling.

The Rotox rototranslating roller conveyor can be used to engage with dryers, storage machines and kilns of any width, and to transfer ceramic panels and/or submultiples in a perpendicular direction, making up for any differences in level between the infeed and outfeed machines.

The Magic Table device is widely used for 90° rotation of fired and unfired ceramic panels. Thanks to its rugged and high-quality mechanical system and the interpolated movements, the machine can handle ceramic tiles and panels with extreme delicacy, thereby helping to increase the plant’s production capacity.
