Gruppo Tecnoferrari: TR300 - loading/unloading machine

TR300 is Tecnoferrari's most modern, innovative and high-performance roller box loading/unloading machine. A large central lifting device is able to load or unload two frontally positioned large roller boxes. The TR300 is simple and reliable and allows for high speed and precision in tile handling. Moreover, its loading continuity allows the compensator to be eliminated. The roller boxes are transported by the automatic Tecnoferrari TGV vehicle with the roller-support sides parallel to the direction of movement. This results in a high degree of resistance to oscillations and deformation and assures excellent stability over time. The TR300 system allows for the use of large boxes with a greater number of layers and capacities up to 260 sq.m, without any size limitations.
