Horizontal Casting
Up to two moulds can be mounted on this machine with a single or multiple cavity depending on piece to produce.
Horizontal casting makes the formation process easier by preserving the integrity and guaranteeing the lack of deformities in the pieces. This improves the quality and quantity of production out put.

Horizontal High Pressure Casting Unit Type HPCM
This plant allows for high pressure casting on the following pieces:
• Basins;
• Shower-trays;
• Turkish baths;
• Water tanks and lids;
• Pedestals;
as well as most pieces made in two parts micro-porous resin moulds which do not present “specific” design limitations.

Production Cycle And Flexibility Of Process
The HPCM unit handling robot is very reliable. It gives fully dependable performance of a totally automatic work cycle without any type of intervention by operators. Only the casting “cell” requires supervision.
Specifics of work cycle are the following:
• Closure of moulds package with pre-load setting–up;
• Casting and thickness formation (a possible setting-up ramp and/or pressure gap extended variable);
• Emptying and hardening with air compressor;
• Moulds opening (one at a time);
• Automatic removal of pieces by handling robot;
