Appel reports a positive first half of 2012

Appel, a company based in Pavullo (province of Modena, Italy) specialising in electronics for the ceramic industry, has reported extremely satisfactory first half results both in Italy and abroad. In Italy, four major groups have placed orders. Ricchetti Group has commissioned a new fully automatic tile dimensional and diagonal control system, while Fincibec will be installing a new dimensional and diagonal control device for large sizes to complete the Ancora Group line. New orders have also been made by Nuova Riwal, which already has two Tile-Control systems in its sorting department, and by Abk Group, which has chosen to install the same application.

Internationally, Appel continues to do business with Brazilian firm Portobello, supplying a new dimensional and flatness control systems. New contracts have also been finalised with Turkish firms Seranit Granit Seramik and Lidya Seramik.
