BMR supplies large-size slab technology to Rock Sanat
BMR is supplying a finishing plant for large size tiles which will be installed at the facility of Rock Sanat (a member of the Mah Ceram group), the first Iranian ceramic company to invest in a complete line for the production of ceramic panels and slabs centred around Siti BT Group’s Supera® technology.
BMR, which works with leading companies in the Iranian ceramic tile industry and has been collaborating with the Mah Ceram group for more than 20 years, has provided Rock Sanat with support in adopting latest-generation finishing technologies. These include a lapping, treatment, cutting and squaring line for panels and slabs up to 1600x3200 mm in size and a cutting, squaring and shaping line for sub-sizes, special pieces and extra-thick tiles.
Special attention has been devoted to the surface treatment stage with installation of BMR’s Supershine technology, which is capable of attaining Gloss values higher than 90 points and long-lasting properties in terms of depth, compactness and aesthetic quality. The photos show Rock Sanat’s chairman Hamid Reza Heydari and BMR chairman Paolo Sassi.
