Body raw materials and preparation methods

16/06/2003 - Setec of Civita Castellana, a company specialising in the supply of sanitaryware and tableware production technology, is organising a professional training course for industry professionals on the theme "Body raw materials and preparation methods".

The course, scheduled for the end of September, will be held by Domenico Fortuna and coordinated by Angelo Angeli in the Setec technology centre. It will consist of 20 hours of theoretical and practical lessons.
This course will follow the one held in February and March on the theme "The main defects of ceramic glazes", which met with enormous interest in the Civita Castellana ceramic manufacturing area and was attended by technicians from the most important local companies.

All these activities form part of Setec's project to develop the resources of its technological centre, which was opened in October 2002 along with the laboratory - already an important service for Setec customers - and the pilot plant.
