Ceramic Or chooses technology from Siti-B&T Group

The Algerian company Ceramic Or has chosen SITI B&T Group to supply a fully automated floor and wall tile line with a daily capacity of 10,000 sq.m.

The plant comprises the entire milling department, consisting of a continuous mill, an SD6000G spray dryer, two EVO series hydraulic presses (2,808 ton and clearance between columns of 1750 mm), a 4-layer dryer (2650 mm and length of 14.15 metres), two complete glazing lines, two EvoSeven Plus 70/40 digital decoration machines equipped with GS12 printheads with high productivity and ink discharge, a twin-channel pre-kiln dryer (2,500 mm and length of 6.66 metres), and a twin-channel roller kiln (infeed width of 2500 mm and length 62.16 metres) complete with the latest technologies from SITI-B&T Group for improving efficiency and energy saving and significantly reducing atmospheric CO₂ emissions.

The line is complemented by a storage system that serves the main process machines and two sorting lines with nine stackers. The line is due to start up and become fully operational in the second half of 2013.
