Chinese company Haobang renews its faith in Sacmi/In.Te.Sa
Haobang, a major Chinese producer that had already turned to Sacmi for the main ceramic process machines (pressing, continuous grinding, spray drying, drying and firing) has successfully started up the third Colora HD2 produced by Intesa. In 2012 Haobang purchased two digital Colora HD 906 machines, ideal for the production of glazed tiles up to a maximum size of 800x800 mm, followed this year by the purchase of a third decorating machine, a Colora HD2 1206. Started up successfully in June, this latest decorating machine features 6 colour bars, each with 16 print heads, and can print with a maximum speed of 48 m/min. on tiles measuring up to 1000x1000 mm.
Alongside the digital decorating machine, Haobang also purchased the Crono Colour Management system developed by In.Te.Sa's Imaging Division, the most comprehensive and innovative colour management system currently available for ceramic digital printing processes. A simple, user-friendly graphic interface enables the operator to perform guided management of colour tones and patterns and to make any necessary modifications and variations. It also allows for outstanding autonomy and flexibility of production, greatly reducing the time needed to develop new ceramic products.
