Esmaltes showcases new digital products at Tecnargilla
In early 2016, Esmaltes embarked on an ambitious programme to expand its international presence by opening branches in Italy, Turkey and Egypt to provide technical and commercial support to local customers.
To underscore its interest in international markets, the Spanish glaze and colour producer is taking part in Tecnargilla with a new and improved stand showcasing its wide range of products.
For digital decoration, the already wide range of Esmaltesink+ pigmented inks has been expanded with the addition of a series of liquid and solid materials that create multiple aesthetic effects (lustres, crystallines, matts and textures), designed for application using latest generation printheads. It is also exhibiting a range of pellets and granules developed in an extensive variety of sizes, colours and ceramic effects (crystalline, lustre and metallic).
The formulation of mixtures of granules for single applications has allowed for the development of innovative textures and finishes with outstanding technical and aesthetic qualities. At the same time, the wide range of particle sizes allows for both liquid and dry applications, making the products suitable both for traditional technologies and for the most innovative large format production processes.
