Evolution Clean from Elema achieves growing success in Italy and abroad

Following its success at Tecnargilla, the innovative Evolution Clean system for printhead maintenance and cleaning produced by Elema continues to gain in popularity both in Italy and abroad.

In the last quarter of 2016, machines were delivered through the Elema distribution network to Algeria, Vietnam, Russia, China, Spain and India, while others were shipped to Bangladesh, Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Recent installations in Italy include those for Casalgrande Padana and Projecta Engineering, which appreciated in particular the automatic operation and the possibility of customising cleaning cycles according to requirements.

Small in size, fully automatic and simple to use, Evolution Clean features intuitive software that enables the operator to customise cleaning cycles and perform specific real-time checks without damaging the printheads. It is also the only automatic system capable of restoring clogged printheads in just under an hour. Dedicated optional mounting kits enable the system to operate with various kinds of printheads (Xaar, Seiko/SII Printek, Dimatix, Toshiba).
