Inter Ser opens branch in the USA

Inter Ser, a leading supplier of original spare parts and machinery for the ceramic industry, is opening a new branch in Mansfield, near Dallas in the USA.

The new American branch (Inter Ser USA) joins Inter Ser de Mexico (opened in 2005) and Inter Ser do Brasil (2013) and reflects the growing importance of the American market for the ceramic industry.

The site in Mansfield has sales offices and a large warehouse stocking high-rotation original parts designed to ensure a rapid response to customers’ needs.

By providing this highly efficient service, Inter Ser aims to become an even more important partner for the top US tile manufacturers.

The new American branch will be headed by a manager with extensive experience at a major ceramic tile company in Texas supported  by technical team with specialist knowledge in managing spare parts. The branch will be officially opened during Coverings 2016 (Chicago, 18-21 April).
