Keros Cerámica chooses the reliability of Creadigit
Keros Cerámica has become the twelfth Spanish tile producer to choose Creadigit digital decoration technology from System for its high-end products. The others are Roca, Gaya Fores, Hatz Spain, Mayolica, Mimas, Pamesa, The Size, Keraben, Todagres, Cristal and Peronda.
Keros Cerámica produces about 13,000 sq.m/day of porcelain floor and wall tiles from two kilns at its factory in Nules, as well as 8,500 sq.m/day produced in Bulgaria. Installing Creadigit enables the company to reduce waste and stoppages for maintenance while increasing the complexity of its decorations.
System has also supplied Keros Cerámica with a Check Point unfired production quality control system and a Qualitron NG system for fired product inspection. These systems are capable of signalling structural, decoration and printing errors and of grading the ceramic tiles immediately during production. All the information is stored and remains available for specific reports.Did you find this article useful?
