LB maintains its market leadership in the dry grinding business in China

With an order shipped to recently-formed ceramic tile manufacturer Lingshi, LB has begun 2016 by further strengthening its position in the Chinese market.
For its facility in Shijiazhuang (Hebei), which will produce 20 million sq.m/year of wall tiles, Lingshi has chosen LB's Migratech technology for dry grinding and microgranulation of ceramic bodies.
The system guarantees very high finished product quality and a drastic reduction in energy costs, while operating according to criteria of sustainable development.
A further advantage of Migratech is that it can handle incoming raw materials with a high moisture content, avoiding the need for pre-drying at the quarry.
It can also achieve much higher levels of fineness, large tile sizes and aesthetic qualities that are simply not possible with traditional dry grinding technologies.
