Marazzi adopts TG Mac technology in its new facility in Fiorano

Marazzi Group has installed six new TG Mac glazing lines complete with accessories and electrical system at its new manufacturing facility in Fiorano (Modena).

The plant's outstanding flexibility means it can produce a wide range of products including conventional sizes, double rows of planks in 15x60 cm and 15x90 cm sizes, and 80x180 cm large formats.

Marazzi has once again opted for Mobile Airless systems which guarantee perfect applications and considerable glaze savings. The Mastejet 250S pumps, specially designed to operate with grits, are equipped with automatic washing systems to avoid clogging and incrustations and to allow for significant reductions in maintenance times and costs.

The latest-generation energy-saving electrical system is equipped with a production supervision and control system and a monitor to immediately report alarms and machine stoppages.

TG Mac will be presenting its Mobile Airless systems and other recent plant innovations at Tecnargilla in Rimini (Hall D3, stand 035).
