Marcheluzzo Ceramics expands in Asia

Marcheluzzo Ceramics (Caldogno, Vicenza), the partner company of Marcheluzzo Impianti, continues to strengthen its organisation, know-how and technical expertise in the ceramic sanitaryware production process, a segment in which it produces and supplies dryers, energy recovery systems, thermal and air-conditioning plants and body and glaze preparation systems.

The company recently expanded its sales network in markets in the Far East by appointing local agents who will sell the entire range of products. The new sales organisation joins the teams already operating in Central and South America and in Russia.

The company’s interest in the potential offered by Asian markets has been confirmed by the presence of Marcheluzzo Ceramics both at Ceramics China in Guangzhou in June and at Asean Ceramics, held in Bangkok from 31 August to 2 September.

Key technologies presented at the shows include the ViscoSmart solution for automatic control of rheological parameters (viscosity, thixotropy, density and temperature) and the “Spagless anti-mist” plant which improves the performance of casting technology.

Various air-conditioning and anti-mist systems were recently commissioned successfully in sanitaryware factories in Algeria, Mexico and Turkey.
