Michele Preda named new vice chairman of Marazzi
His responsibilities include implementing a new model of corporate governance, evaluating the group’s organisational, administrative and accounting structure and supervising its strategic plans.
Born in Milan, Mr Preda, 51, can boast a prestigious and wide-ranging professional career. He has been a lecturer at the Bocconi university in Milan, director of the Sda masters course, director of corporate finance at Gemina, general manager of the Coin group, financial and administrative director and member of the executive board of Mediaset, and most recently managing director of Albacom.
