Projecta Engineering supplies machinery to GranitiFiandre and Florim
In response to the growing popularity of very large format ceramic tiles, Siti B&T Group's partner company Projecta Engineering chose Tecnargilla 2014 as the platform to launch a new digital machine with the world's largest ever printing width.
Another innovation introduced at the show was Dryfix, a machine for dry powder application already in operation at several factories in the Sassuolo area. Dryfix is the first digital ceramic printer to combine inkjet drop on demand technology with dry application technology.
Two major orders have been fulfilled for leading tile manufacturers in the Sassuolo area in recent months. Fiandre (Iris Ceramica - GranitiFiandre Group) and MaKer (Florim Group) have adopted the EVO 8 digital decorating machine with a printing width of 1890 mm for the decoration of extremely large-format ceramic panels (1600×3200 mm).Did you find this article useful?
