Rak Ceramics chooses the X55-Micron technology by Emar-Imes
The saving of high quality raw material, the strokes-per-minute high speed and the high level of product personalisation are the main features that mostly convinced Rak Ceramics to adopt the X55 Micron technology by Martinelli Group in its plant in Ras Al-Khaimah (UAE).
The X55 Micron filling cars for the triple charging of atomized and micronized powders, as well as flakes, allow Rak Ceramics to realize technical porcelain gres surfaces that integrate the digital decoration.
Thanks to this latest supply, Martinelli Group consolidates the international presence of its charging technology. More than 30 single, double and triple charging systems are already working at ceramic tile factories in Italy, Turkey, Russia, United States and Peru.
