Sacmi e-learning in Australia
Sacmi's e-learning project, first conceived in 2003 to complement its after-sales support, is enjoying enduring success. The project comprises online training contents that the Imola-based company offers its customers all over the world, enabling them to gain knowledge of machinery and the production process simply and effectively. Furthermore, it is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the field of e-learning, Sacmi has strengthened its partnership with Australian sanitaryware manufacturer Caroma, which has been enabled to use three e-learning courses: a training course on the AVM machine, a course on the sanitaryware production process and a course on the porous resin mould. The courses have all been designed with an effective and intuitive storyboard, texts, images and high-definition videos to assure the best possible learning experience. Each online training course comes complete with tests to measure the learning level of each individual user and pdf attachments. Another advantage is the simplicity of use of the platform, which is accessible simply via an internet connection and web browser.
